With her extensive experience and expertise in supporting survivors of trauma, POC and bereaving individuals, she has trained, supported and provided consultation to several Therapists across the country. Heena is the Clinical Director at a local non-profit where she has supported survivors of trauma, refugees for the past decade.

She is also the founder & clinical director at her group practice in Allen, TX where her stellar & culturally diverse team supports individuals with trauma, grief, relationship challenges and family conflict. Heena specializes in trauma, grief, loss, adoption & perinatal mental health through play therapy, sand tray therapy, EMDR, Trauma-informed Yoga and talk therapy. 

In addition to therapy, supervision & clinical consultation, she also provides business coaching for Therapists looking to start their own Private Practice.
